Return & EXCHANGE policy

Return Policy:

Customers can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail within 30 days of the order shipment date for a full refund. Before sending in your refund, please send us an email (shop@boldla.com) describing exactly why you would like a refund, and we will get back to you saying if it is possible or not.

With returns, customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with a tracking number so that you can keep tabs on your package. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Should your return go missing or be stolen during transit, we cannot be held accountable.

Please include the original shipping label with your return, along with your name, email address and order number. We will notify you once we have begun processing your return.

Exchange Policy:


The customer needs to notify us by email (shop@boldla.com) before making any exchanges, in order to verify the availability of the items. If available, we will issue a refund and you can purchase the new item.

Once again, customer is responsible for sending the items for any exchanges. We will send a notification by email once the item is received and send the new item to the original shipping address.

International Exchanges and Returns:


Customers are responsible for any international return and exchange shipping costs, including duties, taxes and fees. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit so please be sure to send your return or exchange using a method that provides a tracking number. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Lost Packages:

If your package gets lost in transit, we are at your service to find a solution to the problem. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated (using our tracking numbers), as the process is out of our hands once the package has landed with the courier.


Refunds:

Refunds are granted in the original form of payment. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.
