The creative and talented designer MARCELL VON BERLIN is the mind behind the label. After having graduated in fashion design at the renowned Parsons School in New York, and launching his career at Donna Karan and Michael Kors, he founded his own label in 2011. Since then, MARCELL VON BERLIN has made a name for himself both on the international fashion circuit as well as in the entertainment industry.
After opening the US flagship store on Melrose Avenue in November 2018, BOLD LA has created BERLIN NITES, an event series to bring the vibes of the world’s nightlife capital to the heart of West Hollywood. Each edition of BERLIN NITES has its own unique flair, with parties featuring incredible talent from both Berlin and LA, including Berghain’s resident sound selector Patrick Mason, performance artist Mille Brown and rapper Brooke Candy. A night full of surprises and unapologetically Berlin, MARCELL VON BERLIN’s signature party is truly something you need to see to believe.
In addition, the BOLD team launched an ambassador program for the fashion brand to build up relationships with LA’s edgiest and coolest influencers including Kiddy Lou and Ann-Marie Hoang.
